PAYMENT |
We accept most major credit and debit cards. Credit card purchases are verified for your protection. Why do we need your billing address? In our continuing effort to combat fraud, we thoroughly investigate the validity of all credit cards. As part of this process, we must verify your billing address, phone number, and name with your issuing bank. Therefore, it is very important that you make sure you type in your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Any variations could delay your order. |

SALES TAX APPLICATION |
Sales tax is only added to orders shipped within Pennsylvania. Orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses are charged the appropriate sales tax of 6.00%. Sales tax is calculated based on your ship-to zip code. |

SHIPPING & DELIVERY |
Merchandise is shipped out of our facility in Lenhartsville, PA 19534. For ecommerce purchases, all shipping rates are displayed during the checkout process for the selected shipping method. If you are ordering over the phone you will be provided with shipping options and estimates while working with one of our Product Sales or Technical Support specialists. Calculation of delivery times does not include the day your package is shipped. |

Orders received after the following cut-off times will ship the next business day:
UPS: Monday through Friday by 2:00 pm EST. USPS: Monday through Friday by 11:00 am EST.
Weekend orders are processed the next business day. |

Shipment for domestic service has arrival time between 1-6 business days from time of pickup at Boyesen. |
USPS Express Mail: |
Shipment for international service has arrival time between 5-7 business days from time of pickup at Boyesen. |
Priority Mail/Express Mail: |
Shipment for domestic service has arrival times between 1-5 business days from time of pickup from Boyesen. |

CLAIMS: GOODS LOST IN DELIVERY |
Since ownership of product transfers at the FOB point, claims for damaged, lost or short shipments must be made directly to the carrier. Boyesen is not responsible for claims against lost, short or stolen shipments. |

BACKORDERS |
All backorders will be automatically shipped UPS-ground when available unless the customer indicates 'NO BACKORDERS' while placing their order at checkout. Backorders more than 45 days old will be confirmed before shipment. |
