PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Boyesen wants our customers to have the best possible brand experience with our performance products. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to Boyesen within 30 days of the purchase date. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your returns to be processed. Also, be aware that your credit card company may require up to an additional 5-7 business days to post the credit to your account.
Boyesen will accept returns of new (unopened) products in their original packaging for up to 30 days. You may return any unused and unaltered item(s) within 30 days for a refund or exchange, with like purchase-price credit provided by Boyesen. Boyesen customers will be responsible for all shipping costs on all non-warrantied product returns. After your warranty claim is accepted and verified by a Boyesen customer support specialist, the customer will be responsible for product shipment to Boyesen. Returns sent after 30 days from purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns or refunds on non-stock items. Product returns for warranty consideration are administered within the terms of the Boyesen Warranty Program.
If you wish to return a newly purchased product, please contact a Boyesen Product Support Specialist at email@example.com discuss your return and be provided a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) After discussing your return with Boyesen simply send the product in question along with the original sales receipt and provided (RGA#) to:

PRODUCT RETURN CRITERIA
- All returned item(s) must be new and cannot have been used, worn or washed.
- All product returns must include a copy of the original invoice for the item(s) purchased.
- All product returns must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) from Boyesen customer service.
- All (RGA#) numbers must be clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping container.
- No return will be accepted on closeout or discontinued items, or purchases older than 30 days.
- All sales are final on special orders/non-stock, discontinued and closeout items.
- All product returns must be sent back to Boyesen freight prepaid and shipped as clean as possible.
